Breakout Sessions
How to Select a Breakout Room
- Click on join breakout room at the bottom right corner of your screen.
- You will be asked to choose a breakout room or ask for help.
- Select choose breakout room.
- Hover your cursor over the number adjacent to each Session of choice.
- Click on JOIN icon that pops up to enter breakout group of choice.
How to Change or Leave a Breakout Room
- Click on the blue leave button at the bottom right of your screen.
- Select “Leave Meeting” or “Leave Breakout Room”.
- Leave Breakout Room sends you to the main session; follow steps above to select a new breakout session.
- Leave Meeting (the red button), this takes you out of the summit.
